Aminoff Prize Symposium 2017
The symposium includes the official prize lecture by this year's Gregori Aminoff Prize Laureates
Natalia Dubrovinskaia and Leonid Dubrovinsky of University of Bayreuth, Germany. The Gregori Aminoff Prize rewards documented, individual contributions in the field of crystallography, including areas concerned with the dynamics of the formation and determination of crystal structures.

The IceCube detector at the South Pole has detected about 500.000 O(10 MeV) neutrino interactions from supernovae at the centre of our galaxy. The seminar will discuss the implications and applications of such measurements.
